Politique de remboursement

Returns: 
Our policy lasts 30 calendar days.

If up to 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can offer you a store credit (gift card/"Meow Card").

After 30 days: No return is accepted, with no exceptions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us beforehand.

There are certain products where no refunds are granted:
- Cat treats/catnip (opened packages) and cat toys.
- Books, board games, puzzles, and other sealed products that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition (e.g., damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
- Any item with a return request more than 30 days after delivery.

We also do not accept returns on products that are custom-made / made to order (e.g. the bow bread knives).

Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your gift card will be processed and issued to your account on file within 15 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a gift card after 15 business days, please get in touch with us at tinytigershopping@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items/final sale cannot.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us (tinytigershopping@gmail.com) and get instructions for the return.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be applied to your account.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping costs / return shipping:
To return your product, please email us for return instructions!

You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are supposed to receive a gift card or store credit, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your gift card/store credit.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If shipping an item over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
